Nursing is a high calling. In fact, less than 1% of the entire population in the U.S. is comprised of nurses. At Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, Indiana, and Chase Center of Logansport, Indiana, we value and honor those in the nursing profession, just as the nurses in our locations do for the residents they serve.

At Pilgrim Manor and Chase Center, our residents are with us for extended periods of time. That enables our team to build relationships with each person they come in contact with.
